Overview

The VCM-CE1546SL hangs two independent panel brackets from the same telescoping pole assembly, each rated to 40kg (80kg combined), built from the same φ40×1.2mm and φ48×1.5mm round steel tube sections and 1.5mm/1.8mm bracket-and-VESA-plate gauge as the single-screen VCM-CE1546L. The two brackets sit side by side across a 2090mm overall width, spaced to display two 34-60″ panels as one continuous viewing surface or two independent feeds.

Each bracket keeps its own tilt travel of 0° to -25° and independent ±3° screen-level correction, so the two panels can be aligned to match even if the ceiling plate isn’t perfectly level, while the shared pole still rotates a full 360° (+180° to -180°) to reposition both screens together.

Key Features

Where This Fits an AV Integration Project

The side-by-side dual-bracket layout suits trading floors and control rooms that need two synchronized feeds on one central pole rather than two separate wall mounts, digital signage in retail and transit concourses where a wider combined viewing surface reads better than a single panel, and command-center builds where redundancy across two independent brackets matters if one display needs servicing without pulling down the other.

Because each bracket keeps independent tilt and level adjustment, the two panels can be sourced from different batches or even different models within the 34-60″ range without the mount forcing identical alignment hardware between them, which matters on retrofit projects replacing an existing single screen with a wider two-panel layout.

Installation & Setup

The ceiling plate installs first, seated to a flat or pitched roof the same way as the single-screen VCM-CE1546L, followed by the shared telescoping pole set to a working height within its 1065-1665mm range. Each panel bracket then mounts independently to its side of the horizontal crossbar, and the ±3° screen-level adjustment on each bracket is used last to align the two panels against each other once both are hung. Given the combined weight class, professional installation is recommended and available UAE-wide on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the 40kg weight rating per screen or combined?

Per screen. Each of the two independent brackets is rated to 40kg, for an 80kg combined total across both panels. Confirm each individual display’s actual weight against the 40kg per-bracket figure before ordering, not just the combined total, since one oversized panel can exceed its own bracket’s rating.

Can the two screens be tilted or leveled independently?

Yes, each bracket has its own 0° to -25° tilt travel and independent ±3° screen-level correction, so the two panels can be aligned to match each other even if the ceiling plate wasn’t installed perfectly level. Adjusting one bracket doesn’t affect the other’s position.

How wide is the mount once both screens are installed?

The overall assembly spans 2090mm across the horizontal crossbar holding both brackets, sized to hold two 34-60″ panels side by side as one continuous viewing surface. Confirm this width against the available ceiling span before ordering, particularly in narrower rooms or corridors.

Does the whole mount rotate, or just one screen?

The full 360° rotation (+180° to -180°) happens at the shared pole, so both screens move together as a unit rather than independently. This keeps the two panels in a fixed relative position to each other while still allowing the whole assembly to face any direction in the room.

What’s the safety margin on the per-screen rating?

Each bracket is strength-tested to four times its rated 40kg capacity before that figure ships on the spec sheet, the same testing standard applied across the VCM-CE1546 telescoping pole family. That multiple is validated in production testing, not estimated from the steel gauge alone.

Can this mount handle a sloped ceiling like the single-screen version?

Yes, the ceiling plate uses the same adjustable design as the single-screen VCM-CE1546L, seating flush against either a flat or pitched roof structure. Confirm the specific pitch angle against the plate’s adjustment range before installation, especially given the added width of the dual-bracket crossbar.

Is cable management shared between the two screens?

Yes, both display feeds route internally through the same shared telescoping pole rather than two separate external runs, keeping the installation clean even with two panels and two sets of cabling to manage. This is standard on the VCM-CE1546SL, not an optional add-on kit.
